When Bulking……Th When Bulking……The fatter you get the fatter you get because your P-ratio deteriorates. The P-ratio AKA partitioning ratio describes how much of your weight gain is lean muscle and how much is fat. When you are lean a higher percentage of weight gain will be muscle. In other words you have a good p-ratio. During a bulk you will gain some fat. Realise that sometimes you hit diminishing returns in a mass. You need to cut before you push again.
