lose weight naturally, losing back fat, recipes for weight loss – I would definitely recommend doing this! I have been off sugar for almost 2 years now and I feel 100x better! Now- that doesn't mean having maybe 2 vanilla wafers, or a small, small treat. However though, do your best to limit the amount of your sugar intake! Instead of having 5 ice creams every week, cut back to only 1 ice cream. 🙂
