The scale can tell you how much total gross weight our body carries but it can't really tell you your body fat vs muscle mass. We weigh ourselves to find out how much "weight" we have lost, but do you really know how much "fat" you've lost. It's all very misleading right? The body is compromised oflean muscle, fat tissue, organs, water. Thinness simply refers to weighing less than the recommended values in age-height-weight tables. Leanness refers to the muscle and fat composition
